PAYMENT TERMS:
We required 50% of the quoted price at the time of booking confirmation. After receiving 50% payment of quoted price in our A/C we will generate service confirmation voucher.
Additional 40% is required at least 7days prior to the travel date.
The remaining 10% must be settled within 7 seven days after the completion of the tour.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
From booking date till 7 days prior to departure, 30% of package cost, from 3 days to 7 days prior to departure 50% of package cost, from 24 hours to 3 days prior to departure 75% of package cost, for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure 100% of package cost will be charged. But, as of now, as we are issuing group size ticket for packages, any ticket once issued is hundred percent non-refundable, non-changeable.
In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
GUIDELINES:
The RT-PCR report has to be from within 48 before starting the journey. It will not be valid if date of test is more than 2 days (48 hours) before landing.
No institution or home quarantine is required if the tourist has tested negative either through RTPCR from an ICMR approved lab.
Mask mandatory and Bring sanitizer.

Tickets and tour bookings are non-refundable once the package is finalized.
Normally the hotel check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 pm, but check-in can be done earlier or late check-out depending on the vacancy.

Day 01 : DHAKA – KATHMANDU Arrival at Kathmandu airport. Our Representative will be there with a Guest Name Card and transfer to the Hotel. Accommodation in Kathmandu. Day 02 : KATHMANDU – NAGARKOT Morning, have breakfast around 9:00 am, drive to Nagarkot with stops at Bhaktapur Durbar Square to explore its cultural and historical sites, and a local suspension bridge offering scenic views. ● Nepali Traditional Suspension Bridge (Rani Jhula) ● Bhaktapur Durbar Square Accommodation in Nagarkot. Day 03 : NAGARKOT – POKHARA Early Morning Sunrise from Hotel room or Hotel rooftop, 8:30 am start from the Hotel and drive to Pokhara, the most beautiful city of Nepal. Which is around a 6-7 Hours’ drive from Kathmandu. In the evening you can enjoy the vibrant nightlife around the lakeside. Accommodation in Pokhara. Day 04 : POKHARA SUNRISE Early Morning at 5:30 am head to Sarangkot to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Annapurna range, enjoying the panoramic views of other mountain ranges as well. After the spectacular views, drive back to the hotel for breakfast. Post breakfast around 10 am go for sightseeing in Pokhara. Proceeding with Fewa lake. ● Boating in Fewa Lake ● Seti Gorge ● Gupteshwor cave ● Devi’s fall Accommodation in Pokhara. Day 05 : POKHARA – KATHMANDU After Breakfast around 8:00 am start from the Hotel drive back to Kathmandu which is around 6-7 hours’ drive from Pokhara.
